Full Job Description

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant / ERP Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring ERP modules, understanding business requirements, and providing day-to-day functional support to internal departments or clients.

You will work closely with users to resolve functional issues, coordinate with the internal development team for customizations and enhancements, perform system testing, maintain documentation, and assist in ERP implementation and user training. Experience with Odoo or Frappe/ERPNext is preferred; however, candidates with experience in other ERP platforms are also encouraged to apply.

This is a functional role focused on ERP configuration, user support, implementation, and business process improvement rather than software development.

Requirements

— Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Com, MBA, or related field.
— 1–3 years of experience with any ERP software.
— Experience with Odoo or Frappe/ERPNext is preferred.
— Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
— Experience configuring ERP modules.
— Excellent communication and coordination skills.
— Ability to gather and document business requirements.
— Experience providing functional support to end users.
— Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
— Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

+ Experience implementing Odoo or ERPNext.
+ Knowledge of Inventory, Purchase, Sales, HR, or Accounting modules.
+ Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
+ Experience with ERP data migration.
+ Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
+ Familiarity with Git.
+ Experience conducting user training.
+ Basic reporting and dashboard configuration skills.
