Software built around your process, not the other way round.
Custom applications that actually fit how your business operates — built to last, not just to demo well.
What We Deliver
Built for the Way You Actually Work
Off-the-shelf software forces you to change how you work to fit the tool. That might be fine for general things like email or accounting, but the moment you have a process that's specific to your business, you end up with workarounds, spreadsheets filling the gaps, and staff doing manual work that should be automated. Custom software fixes that.
We start by mapping out your actual process — not the idealised version in the manual, but what really happens day-to-day. That's where we find the bottlenecks and figure out where software can help. We then build something that handles those specifics, integrates with the tools you already use, and doesn't require a week of training to understand.
We also think past launch. Software grows with use, requirements change, and you'll have ideas after you've been using it for a while. We write code that's structured properly so it's maintainable — by us or by another developer if it comes to that. And we document everything, so the knowledge doesn't disappear if you need to hand it on.
What We Build With
Our Development Process
Process Mapping
We sit with you and map out how things actually work. We need to understand your process before we can improve it — no assumptions.
Architecture & Plan
We design the data model and system structure, agree on the tech stack, and give you a phased delivery plan so you see progress early.
Iterative Build
We develop in short cycles with regular reviews. You use it early, give feedback, and we adjust — rather than waiting until everything is done.
Deploy & Document
We deploy to your environment, run a proper handover session, and give you documentation that's actually useful rather than generic boilerplate.
Common Questions
How is custom software different from off-the-shelf?
Off-the-shelf software is built for the average use case, which means it fits most businesses reasonably well but rarely fits any business perfectly. Custom software is built around your specific process, so there's no moulding yourself around a tool that wasn't designed for you.
How long does a software project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused internal tool might take 6–10 weeks. A full platform with multiple user types, integrations, and complex logic can take 4–6 months or more. We break the work into phases so you get something usable early rather than waiting for everything at once.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
In most cases, yes. We've connected to a wide range of third-party services, databases, and legacy systems. If the system has an API or a database we can access, we can work with it. We'll confirm what's possible during the discovery phase.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. We document both the technical setup (for whoever manages the system) and the user-facing parts (for the people using it daily). Documentation is part of the delivery, not an optional extra.
Got a process that needs fixing?
Tell us what's not working and we'll come back with a plan to sort it out.
